Wouldn't shop here again cold meat was off and bread rolls were hot and fresh which I was looking forward to until I realised there was a blow fly bagged up in my bread bag... seriously how does this happen ??? So much for being the fresh food people 🙄 …
What's happened the last couple of years?? Stock limited or just not available. Brands have been minimised so you have no choice but to buy what's there or leave with nothing. Customer service has dropped significantly. The only staff you'll find are the poor buggers running around like lunatics that are preparing the orders for online shoppers that will come pick up their groceries. Only one cashier...you have a choice of that or self serve. You know...the one where you do their job but don't get paid for it? Yes that one. Bring back the days before covid please.
This is my go-to supermarket, I often find myself stopping in for an item or two on the way from work and it’s always very clean and staff are always attentive and polite. I came in for a refund of an item over $30 a couple of months ago and the man assisting me was extremely friendly and helpful, Im very grateful for the employees as many of them have become familiar faces. My only issues with the store are problems that can’t be solved by staff, and said staff are always putting in their greatest effort.
The bakery/deli products are always great quality, the shelves are always well stocked, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any mess at all in this store either!
One of the older female check-out operators is a bit rude, and some of the younger check out operators are extremely slow.
Most of the check-out operators are very nice and efficient, this is a management problem, managers, you need to train and monitor your staff better.
Terrible! The staff are in need of WHS training especially concerning shelf restocking, click and collect shopping employees are pushy and disrespectful (remember you represent Woolworths)
This afternoon was yelled at by crazy Asian lady when she finally decided to open a checkout an employee had to man and not just self checkout. The air-conditioning was non existent and we waited 10 minutes for checkout thanks to crazy lazy Asian lady. Bad all round
One of the better stocked and laid out supermarkets in the local area. Lovely staff and they've just extended their deli hours.
Car park has improved in terms of available spaces, but not in terms of the clueless customers who don't understand what a give way sign means.
The staff at this store need education on how to be polite and helpful. I Use this store intermittently to pick up things on the quick and mostly I have had rude and unhelpful staff whom seem to have a lack of regard for its shoppers.Good accessibility for parking to get to the store, the only thing it has going for it!
Pretty good by woolworths standards. They've just increased the amount of parking so you shouldn't need to worry about that. All in all, pretty sweet place for grabbing your groceries!
